Autumn food openings + tasty offers

Loads to chomp through locally, plus tonight's #WickWednesdays deals too

In partnership with

Carbobar

The neighbourhood’s restaurant scene never stops evolving, with plenty of newcomers to try and tempting offers to lure you inside as the nights draw in.

Fish Island’s Unlock have a new menu launching today, and are offering 50% off all their gourmet pizzas through until 24th October.

Meanwhile, if you haven’t tried the classy pasta being served at Darling’s Eatery on Fish Island, autumn may well be the perfect season for a plate of their freshly made tortellini and rich sharing plates.

Exciting news of imminent newcomers includes the arrival of Carbobar on Cadogan Terrace (on the site of the former Italian Job pizzeria), which opens in early November serving, yes, more pizza, but also a variety of other Italian classics.

Also incoming this autumn is Templar, the brand new upmarket restaurant and wine bar at Stratford Cross, coming to us from the people behind East Village dining and drinking mainstay Darkhorse.

That will join relative newcomers Pizza East and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen on the Stratford Cross piazza, where Gordon hosts a weekly daytime Bottomless Brunch every Saturday from 2pm-6pm and a Night Brunch from 7pm-11pm, all with DJs and live music in the iconic pavilion and terrace with its Olympic Park views.
